Week 52 - You Know You're in Topeka When...

You know you are in Topeka when you walk down the street and on both sides of the street there is a different gang.
You know you are in Topeka when the Capital is surrounded by construction... Always...
You know you are in Topeka when the news that is on the front page is about a dog getting shot.
You know you are in Topeka when the weather changes every day.
You know you are in Topeka when you walk down the street and everyone looks at you and goes back inside.
You know you are in Topeka when you run into a psycho voodoo lady. (we survived but not without some loss.)
You know you are in Topeka when you have no idea what is going on.

This is the time to share missionary work throughout the world.
The Church has changed things with missionary work, and the missionary work is being more directed through the members. Every individual should have a Preach My Gospel and make it a part of their family scripture study and a part of their family home evening.
We must lead by example as members of the church that we are all willing to be missionaries even if we do not wear the name badge.
We have it on our hearts, the moment we decided that we wanted to be baptized we took upon ourselves the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We are his representatives.
Time is getting short. it is time to move forward. his work is hastening.

GO OUT AND SERVE. INVITE. COMMIT.
